Despite the best of intentions, there's an awful lot of inconsistencies when it comes to eco-travel. And the various levels of greenwashing don't make it any easier to understand.
Whether you're a traveler trying to ease your burden on the planet's eco-system, or a travel advisor trying to steer your eco-conscious clients in a good direction, or a destination trying to be more sustainable, there's something in this short video that will help put the biggest eco-initiatives into perspective.
After all, if you care enough to stay in an eco-lodge (or build one, or even recommend one), then hopefully you care enough to spend three minutes to get a little more informed.
