Reality TV stars Chip and Joanna Gaines have set a Nov. 1 opening date for Hotel 1928 in Waco, Texas, their first boutique hotel.

Located in downtown Waco, the 33-room Hotel 1928 will be housed within a building that dates to 1928. The Gaineses, in partnership with Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners, are restoring and revamping the property, which is situated a few blocks away from the Gaines-owned Magnolia Market shopping complex.

The redevelopment project will be showcased as part of a six-episode series, "Fixer Upper: The Hotel," scheduled to air this fall on Magnolia Network.

Hotel 1928 will be home to three dining concepts: rooftop venue Bertie's on the Roof, Southern-inspired restaurant The Brasserie at Hotel 1928, and the all-day dining Café at Hotel 1928.

The property will have 6,600 square feet of event space.

Chip and Joanna Gaines are best known for their HGTV show "Fixer Upper." The pair are also co-founders of the Magnolia home design, retail and media brand.
