Roundup Rodeo BBQ will open in Toy Story Land at Disney's Hollywood Studios on March 23.

Disney is calling the Toy Story-themed table-service restaurant a "one-of-a-kind dining experience," and reservations will be required to eat there. It will be Toy Story Land's first table-service restaurant.

The restaurant is a collaboration between Walt Disney Imagineering, Disney Pixar Animation Studios and Walt Disney World Food & Beverage.

Guests at the restaurant will feel like they've shrunk down to the size of a toy, Disney said. The backstory: Andy has created a rodeo arena for his toys. Guests will become honorary toys as they enter the space, which depicts a toy rodeo in action. Life-sized figures will help lend to the atmosphere.

"We are thrilled to work with our partners at Disney Pixar Animation Studios to create this unforgettable dining experience that blends great food, storytelling and whimsy," said Ben van Beusekom, a senior artisan specialist at Walt Disney Imagineering. "A visit to this special place is a must for Toy Story fans who have come to love Andy and his toys as much as we do."

The fare will be barbecue-inspired. It begins with cheddar biscuits and sweet pepper jelly, followed by a choice of salads (tomato and cucumbers with pickled red onion, watermelon with mint, and romaine and kale with green apples, pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries tossed with green goddess dressing).

For the main course, the restaurant will serve smoked pork ribs, beef brisket, pork sausage and chicken. A number of sides will be available, including corn on the cob, fried pickles, potato salad, baked beans, mac and cheese, veggie slaw and roasted vegetables.

Roundup Rodeo also will serve plant-based entrees.

For dessert, there's chocolate cupcakes filled with ganache, lemon and blueberry cheesecake, chocolate silk pie, apple pie with a crumble crust, and peach-strawberry pie.

A number of cocktails and nonalcoholic beverages will be on the menu.

Guests must have park admission and park reservations for Disney Hollywood Studios on the date of their restaurant reservation.
