Travel Pro Theory has launched the ChatGPT Mini Course, designed to teach advisors how to leverage generative AI to tackle tedious tasks.
The course was designed to be completed quickly and easily, with no videos longer than 5 minutes. It covers how to apply generative AI to everyday tasks like drafting packing lists and welcome letters as well as tailoring ChatGPT and other generative AI engines to create content reflective of an advisor's voice and style.
Travel Pro Theory is a provider of travel advisor resources. It was launched as a podcast with Kate Thomas, owner of destination management company North + Leisure, and advisor Heather Christopher, owner of HC Travel Firm. Travel Pro Theory is currently run by Thomas.
"I wanted to show travel pros that getting help from AI in their business does not have to be intimidating or difficult," Thomas said. "With a few easy steps they can train it to sound more like them for content creation, but beyond that, there are also so many practical-use cases that any travel pro can start using, in minutes. From looking up hotel contact information to restaurant research, it can truly shortcut a lot of the tedious administration tasks."
The course's launch price is $67. After July 25, the price will increase to $97.
Travel Pro Theory has also released a free, 5-minute tutorial on using ChatGPT to finish welcome letters and get hotel contact information.
